This policy explains what happens to your data when you visit www.aitoolssolo.com (the “Site”). Plain English, no dark patterns.

The short version

  • We don’t ask you to create an account and we don’t sell your personal information.
  • We use analytics to see which pages work, and advertising to pay for the hosting.
  • Third-party ad vendors (including Google) may use cookies to show you ads based on your visits to this and other sites.
  • Affiliate links on this Site earn us a commission if you buy through them. That never changes what we recommend.

Information we collect

Automatically collected (analytics). When you load a page, our analytics tools record standard technical data: page URL, referring page, approximate location (city/country level, derived from IP), device and browser type, and rough session activity. We use this in aggregate to understand which content is useful.

Voluntarily submitted. If you subscribe to the newsletter, you submit an email address. That’s it. If you email or message us, we receive whatever you send.

We do not collect payment details, government identifiers, precise geolocation, or health/biometric data. There is no login, so there is no password or account data.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. This Site and its third-party partners use them for:

PurposeWho sets itWhat it does
AnalyticsGoogle Analytics 4Distinguishes visitors and sessions so traffic can be measured
AnalyticsCloudflare Web AnalyticsPrivacy-first, cookie-less pageview measurement
AdvertisingGoogle AdSense and its partnersSelects and measures ads, limits repeat impressions

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking advertising cookies does not stop ads from appearing — it only makes them less relevant. Blocking all cookies may affect how parts of the Site display.

Third-party advertising (Google AdSense)

This Site is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense, publisher ID pub-8354904356330945.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and/or other websites.
  • Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (https://www.google.com/settings/ads).
  • You can opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting aboutads.info (https://www.aboutads.info/choices/) or youronlinechoices.eu (https://www.youronlinechoices.eu/) in the EU/UK.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, personalised ads and non-essential cookies are only used after you give consent through the consent notice shown on your first visit. You can change or withdraw that consent at any time.

Analytics providers

Some outbound links on this Site are affiliate links — for example to Make.com, Beehiiv, Hostinger, or Descript. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never influence which tools we recommend or how we rate them; tools we don’t like are named as such.

Newsletter

The newsletter is operated on our behalf by Beehiiv. Subscribing is optional and requires your explicit consent. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link; unsubscribing removes you from the list. We do not sell or rent subscriber lists.

Children’s privacy

This Site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — we do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood, but advertising cookies may constitute “sharing,” which you can stop via the opt-out links above or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honour.

To exercise any right, contact us via the details below. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Data retention and security

Analytics data is retained per the providers’ default retention periods (currently 14 months for Google Analytics 4 event data). Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we collect as little as possible so there is as little as possible to lose.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
